This website, justintsugranes.dev (the "Site"), is the personal and professional site of Justin Tsugranes. The Site, and any professional offers, digital products, or paid services made available through it (collectively, the "Services"), are provided by Total Ventures LLC ("Total Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, with Justin Tsugranes acting as its operator. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Site provides writing, professional background, and information about Justin Tsugranes's work, along with professional offers and digital products (for example, a paid playbook or a strategy session). Features, content, and availability may change over time. Paid offers are fulfilled by Total Ventures LLC.
The Services are intended for users 13 and older. By using the Services you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you subscribe, purchase, or contact us, you are responsible for providing accurate information and for activity under any account you create. We may send you transactional messages and, where you have requested them, updates you can opt out of at any time.
Some Services are paid. Prices and terms are shown at the point of purchase and are processed by our payment provider. Except as required by law or as expressly stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices prospectively.
You agree not to: (a) use the Services unlawfully or in violation of these Terms; (b) infringe others' rights; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services; (d) scrape or misuse content except as permitted; or (e) use the Services to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
The Site and all content we provide (text, writing, designs, names, logos, and other materials) are owned by Total Ventures LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended personal or internal purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant Total Ventures a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate and provide the Services. You are responsible for your inputs and agree not to submit others' personal information or infringing material.
Where a Service uses artificial intelligence to generate output from your inputs, the legal status of copyright in AI-generated output is unsettled; accordingly, Total Ventures makes no representation that such output is protected by copyright and makes no copyright claim over it. Your use of AI-assisted output is governed by contract: you receive a limited, personal or internal license to use the output for its intended purpose, and you agree not to resell it, use it to train or develop a competing model or dataset, or remove provenance or attribution we apply. You are solely responsible for how you use any output.
We sell professional offers and digital deliverables (for example, the Builder's Playbook and a paid Strategy Session). Unless an offer states otherwise: deliverables are licensed to the purchasing individual or organization for their own internal use, not sold; you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly post a paid deliverable, or present it as your own; and any templates, frameworks, or AI-assisted materials included are subject to Section 7. Live or one-to-one services are provided for the purchaser and are non-transferable.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Content and offers are informational or professional in nature and are not legal, financial, or other professional advice for your specific situation. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Ventures LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents (including Justin Tsugranes) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Total Ventures LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any violation of these Terms or as needed to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Your Content and AI-Assisted Output, Offers and Deliverables, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (where Total Ventures LLC is organized), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally first by contacting info@totalventures.io. Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved on an individual basis (no class actions) in the state or federal courts, or by binding arbitration, as permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
